This is a 2-story, 8-bay domestic building in the Other style with Vernacular influences built in 1940. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stone and stucco. Green keystone veneer at first floor level. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum double-hung sashes. No porch. Primary entryway is directly centered on west elevation; Door set-back into building; Glass double-door surrounded by fixed windows and green keystone veneer.
