This is a 3-story, 3-bay commercial building in the Art Deco style built in 1921. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is cement blocks. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum fixed. All windows on the east elevation are fixed windows used as display cases for the retail shop inside. No porch. Primary entryway is directly centered on east elevation; Glass double-door framed by slightly raised rectangular stuccoed wall frame. There is a single-story, upper story, extension addition. 10' x 17' x 10' addition for television room.
