This is a 3-story domestic building in the Art Deco style with Streamlined Moderne influences built in 1935. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is cement blocks. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. There is a full-span open patio characterized by a none roof. Narrow patio along east elevation slightly raised off ground level; Protruding shape on either end in Art Deco fountain motif. Primary entryway is located on the south elevation; Framed on right and left by two round pilasters ornamented with thick horizontal banding; Directly above primary entryway is a short and wide round pilaster.
