This is a 3-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Art Deco style built in 1936. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. No windows currently in place. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with fluted stuccoed posts. Porch recessed into the east elevation of the Fairwind Hotel, wrapping slightly around the southeast corner of the building and extending beyond the north elevation of the building; Multi-colored terrazzo floor designs; Fluted columns frame the primary entryway on the porch and can be found at the far ends of the porch as well; Simple metal railing with evenly-spaced stuccoed rectangular posts. Primary entryway is centered on the east elevation; Framed by two fluted columns that sit between the doorway and the steps leading up to the porch; Double-door flanked on either side by walls of fixed windows.
