This is a 2-story domestic building in the Miami Modern style built in 1949. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. Along the center of the east elevation, materials such as Roman brick, fluted glass and tile are used as exterior materials. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Remaining windows on building are fixed. There is a single-story, recessed open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. Porch recessed into south elevation and runs above half the length of the elevation; Up three steps; Simple metal railing; Terrazzo floor design. Primary entryway is slightly off-center, towards the right, on the porch; Double wood-framed door with fixed windows surrounding.
