This is a 3-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Art Deco style with Streamlined Moderne influences built in 1939. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are oolitic limestone and stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum jalacy casement. Windows rounded around northeast and southeast building corners. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with round posts. Full-span porch slightly recessed into east elevation; Slightly raised off ground level; Oolitic limestone posts with simple metal railing between; Eyebrow above first floor shades porch. Primary entryway centered on east elevation porch; Oolitic limestone veneer surrounds primary doorway; Glass double door with fixed window above and metal ornamental grille in front of doors/window.
