This is a 2-story domestic building in the Other style built in 1924. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum jalousie. No porch. Primary entryways are along the south elevation and exclusive for residents of the building; Raised three steps from the ground level; Single glass door framed by rounded and fluted pilasters on three sides. There is a two-story, rear, extension addition. Addition to original 39 ' x 28' structure.
