This is a 2-story domestic building in the Other style built in 1924. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum jalousie. No porch. Primary entryways are along the south elevation and exclusive for residents of the building; Raised three steps from the ground level; Single glass door framed by rounded and fluted pilasters on three sides. There is a two-story, rear, extension addition. Addition to original 39 ' x 28' structure.
