Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story hotel in the Art Deco style built in 1948. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum double-hung sashes. There is a corner wrap-around open porch characterized by a none roof. Narrow porch protrudes from west elevation wall and wraps around the southwest building corner; Two-colored terrazzo floor design; Fluted pilasters. Primary entryway is slightly off-center, towards the south end, of the west elevation; Glass double door with fixed windows above and covering the remainder of the wall to the right.
