Architectural Description:

This is a 3-story apartment building in the Other style built in 1958. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. There is a single-story open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. Two separate porches are located on the west elevation; To the south of the west elevation is a small rectangular porch protruding from the building and accessed through the interior of the building; To the north of the west elevation is an open recessed porch accessed by three steps leading up from the ground level. Primary entryway is at the southern end of the northern porch; Glass double door with narrow glass fixed window above.
