This is a 2-story, 3-bay hotel in the Art Deco style built in 1923. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is cement blocks. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an awning roof. Narrow porch protruding from east elevation is shaded by awning; Full-span across the east elevation; Tile ornamentation; Stone flooring. Primary entryway is centered on the east elevation porch; Glass double-door with narrow fixed window above. There is a two-story, extension addition. 38' x 19' addition to apartment of four units (Albert Anis, architect).
