There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an awning roof. Narrow porch protruding from east elevation is shaded by awning; Full-span across the east elevation; Tile ornamentation; Stone flooring. Primary entryway is centered on the east elevation porch; Glass double-door with narrow fixed window above. There is a two-story, extension addition. 38' x 19' addition to apartment of four units (Albert Anis, architect).
