This is a 3-story, 4-bay domestic building in the Art Deco style built in 1930. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. No porch. No visible pedestrian entryway. There is a single-story, rear, garage addition. 21 x 23 x 10 addition of a two-car garage.
