This is a 3-story, 4-bay domestic building in the Art Deco style built in 1930. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. No porch. No visible pedestrian entryway. There is a single-story, rear, garage addition. 21 x 23 x 10 addition of a two-car garage.
