This is a 4-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Miami Modern style with International influences built in 1952. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum sliding. Horizontal sliding; Rectangular casement; Protruding wrap-around windows on northeast corner of building. Concrete overhang; Stepped entrance; Three sets of double doors on first floor level of primary facade; Terrazzo mosaic flooring; Step-down foyer. There is an addition. Conversion and addition of space into 80 seat restaurant.
