Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story apartment building in the Miami Modern style built in 1955. The building is rectangular in plan. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat roof. Windows are boarded up on all elevations. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a flat roof. Multi-level porch extends across the east elevation and wraps-around on the south end. Primary entryway is on the southern end of the east elevation; Framed by fluted stuccoed wall ornamentation.
