This is a 3-story, 4-bay hotel in the Art Deco style built in 1935. The structural system is cement blocks. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a built-up roof. Windows are replacement aluminum double-hung sashes. No porch. Primary entryway into the hotel is through a gate on the south end of the hotel; Reception and other areas are accessed along the south elevation.
