This is a 3-story, 4-bay hotel in the Art Deco style built in 1935. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is cement blocks. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a built-up roof. Windows are replacement aluminum double-hung sashes. No porch. Primary entryway into the hotel is through a gate on the south end of the hotel; Reception and other areas are accessed along the south elevation.
