This is a 3-story domestic: Multiple Dwelling building in the Miami Modern style with Post-War Modern influences built in 1950. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. Fixed windows along first floor level porch area used as display for the retail space inside There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with fluted stuccoed posts.
