Architectural Description

This is a 3-story, 3-bay domestic: Hotel building in the Art Deco style built in 1924. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco (primary) and coral stone (secondary). The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum jalacy casement. Jalacy casement windows found in pairs along visible elevations There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with round fluted stuccoed posts. Recessed full-span porch runs the length of the east elevation; Continuous eyebrow rounded at corners extends out from building to shade portions of porch; Multi-colored terrazzo floor design including terrazzo "La Flora" signage There is a single-story, front, porch addition.
