Architectural Description

This is a 14-story multipurpose public building in the Other style built in 1955. The foundation is concrete pile. Exterior walls are original stone. The building has a flat roof. Windows are original aluminum, multi-light fixed. The lower portion of structure framing the bottom of the building is tile. Above the tile are blue window panels framed in aluminum, which creates a distinct fenestration on the south, east, and west elevation. The west elevation is a stucco wall and brick veneer with a large digital clock at the top. Other portions of the building have a black stone finish.
