Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story apartment building in the Mediterranean Revival style built in 1928. The structural system is ordinary. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco and original stucco. The building has a flat roof with parapet walls. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. The primary entryways are two arched openings elevated on each side of the west elevation.
