Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1904. The building is square in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one shed-roofed dormer. Front-facing shed-roofed dormer with gabled center. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with l-shaped brick posts.
