This is a 3.5-story apartment building in the Classical Revival style built in 1926. The building is u in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original terracotta. Street and courtyard has yellow face brick. Side and rear walls are common brick. The building has a flat with parapet roof with parapet walls. There is one rear, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/1 double-hung sashes. Side and rear windows are 1-over-1 vinyl double-hung windows. Original wood entry doors and sidelights with glazing and terracotta surrounds are at grade level within the courtyard.
