This is a 3-story apartment building in the Craftsman style built in 1916. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original stucco. The building has a side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and brackets and four gabled dormers. Four front-facing gabled square bays. Rear roof is flat with parapet walls. Windows are original wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. Two entry doors at grade with glazing and sidelights within a brick and limestone surround.
