This is a 2-story apartment building in the Queen Anne style built in 1904. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original stone and original brick. Front facade is limestone and side/rear walls are brick. The building has a flat with parapet roof with parapet walls. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with modern decorative metal posts. Two entry doors on front porch.
