Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story multi-family residence in the Italianate style built ca. 1885. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are replacement combed asbestos. Original wood clapboard siding is likely underneath siding. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and brackets. There is one rear, rear slope, brick chimney and one side left, side slope, metal flue chimney. Windows are historic wood, 2/2 double-hung sashes. 3-over-1 wood double-hung windows on front porch. There is a single-story, full-width partially enclosed characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with turned wood posts. Wood entry door with transom window. There is a two-story, rear, frame addition. Rear one- and two-story additions.
