Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story apartment building in the Mid-Century Modern style built in 1960. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone veneer. The building has a flat roof. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1-light casements. Also 1-over-1 double-hung windows on north and south. There is a two-story, full-span open porch characterized by a flat roof with rectangular brick posts. Full two-story "California-style" porch runs along the north side of the building. Apartment entry doors along north side of building.
