Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Italianate style built ca. 1885. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and brackets. There is one side right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 2/2 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts. Wood door with sidelight and transom window. There is a two-story, rear, frame addition.
