Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story multi-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1919. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a multi-plane hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Deep overhanging eaves. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 3/2 casements. Also single light casements, 4-light vertical casements and double-hung windows. There is a platform/stoop characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles. Entry door set in north two-story bay with overhanging hip roof.
