A limestone cornice supported by brick corbelling beneath a brick parapet with stone coping. A band of brick dentils runs horizontally below the cornice. Limstone banding runs beneath the first and second-floor sills.

This is a 2-story multiple dwelling in the Queen Anne style built in 1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. The building has a flat with parapet roof with parapet walls. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with square brick posts. Brick posts support a wood architrave and roof. Porch walls are brick with stone coping. Concrete land and stairs are also flanked by brick walls and stone coping. Two separate adjacent entry doors.
