This is a 2-story multiple dwelling in the Queen Anne style built in 1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. Horizontal limestone banding at window sill level across front facade. See also Architectural features and details above. The building has a flat with parapet roof with parapet walls and cornice with brick corbelling. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a shed roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts. Brick posts support entablature and roof. Porch has brick side walls with stone coping. Two primary entry doors on porch.
