Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built in 1894. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard and original wood shingles. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four multiple dormers. 3-story hip-roofed bay on north. Pyramidal box turret on corner. Gabled dormer on front. Two-story bay with gabled dormer above on south. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts.
