Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built ca. 1888. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard and original wood shingles. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four gabled dormers. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney and one rear, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Fan light window in front gable. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts. Wood door with window, sidelight and transom above.
