Architectural Description:

This is a 3-story apartment building in the Mid-Century Modern style built in 1961. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is continuous brick. Exterior walls are original brick. Four vertical brick piers span the front facade. The building has a flat roof with flared eaves. Windows are replacement vinyl, 2-light casements. 10-over-1 double hung vinyl windows on first floor. Vertical multi-paned windows on north above entrances. There is a platform/stoop characterized by a flat canopy roof. Two entrances at grade on north side with with flat canopy roofs above.
