This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Tudor Revival style built ca. 1901. The building is l in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a high side gable roof clad in original slate. There is one rear, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Original wood windows replaced in 2006. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in slate with square brick posts.
