This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Tudor Revival style built ca. 1902. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick. Limestone chimney details, window sills and coping. The building has a high front gable roof clad in original slate and two multiple dormers. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney and one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in slate with square brick posts. Porch gabled capped with limestone coping. Porch fronts onto wide veranda with brick sidewalls and limestone coping.
