This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Dutch Colonial Revival style built in 1922. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a gambrel roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one shed-roofed dormer. Front facing shed-roofed dormer. Windows are replacement vinyl, 6/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story platform/stoop. Front porch material is concrete.
