Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Dutch Colonial Revival style built in 1922. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a gambrel roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one shed-roofed dormer. Front facing shed-roofed dormer. Windows are replacement vinyl, 6/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story platform/stoop. Front porch material is concrete.
