This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1921. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are original wood, 4/1 double-hung sashes. 4-over-2 wood casement windows on porch. There is a single-story, partial-width enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles. Front porch is made of wood. Shutters added to front projecting bay.
