Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1920. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one hip-roofed dormer. North-facing hip-roofed dormer. There is one side left, exterior, stucco and brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. 4 stacked light wood casements and 20-pane fixed window on front porch. There is a single-story, partial-width enclosed porch characterized by a flat roof with square wood posts. Front porch is centered on facade with curved facade and dentils.
