Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1923. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick and original wood shingles. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two gabled dormers. Front and rear facing gabled dormers. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts. Front porch has brick side walls and concrete landing and stairs.
