This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1923. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one hip-roofed dormer. Front-facing hip-roofed dormer. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with modern metal posts. Porch is made of wood. Side entry.
