Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Colonial Revival style with Prairie School influences built in 1920. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick and original wood shingles. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four gabled dormers. Front, rear, and side facing gabled dormers. Windows are original wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts. Front porch has brick side walls with concrete landing and stairs. Side entry.
