Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1921. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and brackets and one gabled dormer. Front facing gabled dormer with brackets. Windows are original wood, 3/1 casements. Also 3-over-1 wood double-hung and fixed windows. There is a single-story, partial-width enclosed porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts. Porch has stucco side walls with concrete stairs and metal railing.
