This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Dutch Colonial Revival style built ca. 1923. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a gambrel roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two shed-roofed dormers. North and south-facing shed-roofed dormers. There is one front, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 9/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts. Front porch has wood stairs and landing. Side entry.
