Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Vernacular style built in 1916. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are double-hung sashes. There is a dormer, side, frame addition. Dormers span the front gable, to face two sides, north and south elevations.
