This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Folk/Traditional style built ca. 1895. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width platform/stoop. Poured concrete porch with decorative metal railings. There is a dormer, side, frame addition.
