Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1915. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square posts. There is a dormer, side, frame/stucco addition.
