This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Vernacular style built ca. 1888. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two shed and gabled dormers. There is one side left, exterior, vinyl-clad chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, Prairie Grid-light casements. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts.
