This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Vernacular style built ca. 1888. The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two shed and gabled dormers. There is one side left, exterior, vinyl-clad chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, Prairie Grid-light casements. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts.
