This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Folk/Traditional style built ca. 1893. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one rear, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are double-hung sashes. There is a partial-width platform/stoop characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles. There is a 1.5 story, rear and south side, frame addition. Side wing on south elevation of house is probably an addition.
