This is a 3-story multi-family residence in the Vernacular style built ca. 1900. The structural system is frame. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There are two side right, side slope, brick chimneys. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width platform/stoop. The front wood porch that goes to the first level appears to be a later addition.
