This is a 3-story multi-family residence in the Vernacular style built ca. 1900. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There are two side right, side slope, brick chimneys. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width platform/stoop. The front wood porch that goes to the first level appears to be a later addition.
