This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1905. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are replacement wood clapboard. The building has a side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one shed-roofed dormer. Windows are replacement aluminum clad wood, 2/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered wood posts. There is a two-story, rear, frame addition. Residential expansion.
