This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Folk/Traditional style built ca. 1893. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. Exterior walls are modern asbestos. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two shed-roofed dormers. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Chimney is parged below roof line. Windows are replacement vinyl, 5/6 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width partially enclosed characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square asbestos clad posts. Porch was constructed in 1923.
