Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Folk/Traditional style built in 1892. The structural system is box frame. Exterior walls are historic stucco. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. 3-over-1 windows on porch. There is a single-story, wrap-around enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles.
